Calcutta Volunteer Fire Department’s annual reverse kids Halloween parade, 1 p.m. (registration at noon), Busy Beaver, state Route 170. Masks are mandated. Kids walk in the parade with participating businesses passing out candy along the route, which includes the Dunham’s and Calcutta Square plazas and YMCA, concluding at Coaches Burger Bar for the after party. Also includes prizes for costumes for divisions: newborn to 5 years old and 6-12 years old.
