Winona Ruritans hold ‘Made in America’ raffle
The Winona Ruritan Club continues its support of workers with its “Made in America” Fall of 2024 Gun Raffle. Club members sold 100 raffle tickets for a one in 100 chance of winning the “Made in America – or Not Made at All,” Henry All-Weather Rifle in 45/70 caliber. Shown presenting the rifle to the winner, Jeff Zimmerman, holding the rifle, from left is Tom Richey, club vice president and the seller of the winning ticket; Drew Wartluft, representing Runzo’s Outdoor Sports; and Michael Knoedler, gun committee chairman. The club members thank everyone for their continued support of the club’s fund raisers that allows the club to contribute to many causes in the community. The club also thanks everyone for attending the “all-you-can-eat” pancake and whole hog sausage breakfast held Oct.12. The next breakfast will be held March 15 at Winona Friends Church on Whinnery Road. The club’s next gun raffle will be for a “Henry Big Boy Lever Action Side Gate Rifle” in .36 Buckhammer caliber in March. (Submitted photo)
