CAA encourages clinic visits
February is both American Heart Month and Children’s Dental Health Month. The Columbiana County Community Action Agency encourages residents to take care of their hearts and make an appointment at one of the CAA’s at one of CAA’s health centers, by calling 330-424-5686. Residents are also encouraged to take advantage of one of CAA’s three dental centers. To do so, call 330-424-4192.
Look Nook Spring & Easter items
The Salem Regional Medical Center Look Nook Gift Shop will be carrying a variety of unique Spring and Easter items from Charm House Decor Feb. 10 through April 30. Merchandise will be available from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m., Monday through Friday, with 20 percent of all sales going back to SRMC to support patient care.
East Palestine Eagles Cash Bash
East Palestine Eagles is having a Cash Bash on Feb. 22 from 6 to 10 p.m. Only selling 250 tickets and get 68 chances to win money. Cost is $20 a ticket. Wiinners need not be present, but the event will feature food and other games of chance to play for those who attend. Open to public with a ticket.
CCCTC parent teacher conferences
The Columbiana County Career and Technical Center will hold its 2024-2025 second semester parent teacher conferences on Thursday, Feb. 13 from 2:15 to 8:45 p.m. To schedule a conference with a student’s teachers, contact the school at 330-424-9561 Ext. 110 and speak to Cindy Pugh.
