CCEMA public meeting May 6
The Columbiana County Emergency Management Agency, as part of the Columbiana County Hazard Mitigation Planning Committee, will hold a public meeting at 2 p.m. Tuesday, May 6, at the Columbiana County EMA, 215 S. Market St., Lisbon. The purpose of the meeting is to review updates to the county’s hazard mitigation plan. Members of the public will be given the opportunity to comment on the natural and man-made hazards most affecting them. The Columbiana County Hazard Mitigation Plan was last updated in 2020 per federal requirements in Section 322 of the Robert T. Stafford Disaster Relief and Emergency Assistance Act, as enacted by Section 104 of the Disaster Mitigation Act of 2000.
