LISBON — A 17-year-old Crestview boy was cited into Columbiana County Juvenile Court after allegedly taking a 2010 Star black golf cart valued at more than $1,000 but less than $7,500 from the Rogers Community Auction on June 22. Additionally, the boy was cited for allegedly punching a hole in his mother’s bedroom wall, throwing a lawn chair, flipping a coffee cup off the porch, flipping over a recliner and a coffee table while acting in a violent manner on June 22. Finally, the boy allegedly took his mother’s .22-caliber handgun.

A 17-year-old Beaver Local boy was cited after he allegedly bit his mother on the arm, pushed his father several times into a dresser and used profanities while refusing to modify his conduct as instructed on June 22.

A 16-year-old United Local area girl was cited after allegedly acting in a violent and turbulent manner by wrestling with her mother for possession of a phone, ramming her mother’s bedroom door and blocking her mother’s exit from the home on Sunday.

A 16-year-old Columbiana child was cited with violating the terms of probation after testing positive for cocaine and THC on June 8.

A 14-year-old United Local area boy was cited on July 10 after reportedly leaving home without permission on more than one occasion, stealing money from his mother and refusing to abide by household rules.

A 17-year-old Salem girl was cited for reportedly leaving home on July 7 and failing to return or to tell her parents or guardians her location.

A 14-year-old Cleveland girl and two 16-year-old Cleveland girls were cited after they allegedly left a foster home on June 29, failing to return home or tell their guardians their location. The girls were walking toward Alliance, which they had talked about running away to previously and they were found by the Salem Police Department. Additionally on June 29, the 14-year-old girl reportedly threatened someone with physical harm. One of the 16-year-old girls was also cited after she allegedly took a phone belonging to Julia Cvelbar, 20, Salem, from a locker at the Salem Community Center on June 29.

A 13-year-old Salem boy was cited after allegedly leaving home on more than one occasion without permission, refusing to listen to his custodial aunt and exhibiting violence in the home.

A 17-year-old Lisbon child was cited after allegedly taking a money box containing between $10 and $20 from the Counseling Center on June 22.

A 14-year-old Lisbon boy was cited after he reportedly left home on June 18 and did not return home or tell his parents or guardians his location.

A 14-year-old East Palestine girl was cited after she allegedly grabbed her stepmother by the shirt, ripped her shirt and then slapped her in the arm several times on June 13.
