EL woman pleads guilty to drug possession

LISBON — Cristal S. Adams, 44, Lincoln Street, East Liverpool, pleaded guilty in Common Pleas Court to three counts of possession of drugs. She faces up to three years in prison, a five-year license suspension and a $7,500 fine. Sentencing was set for March 28. On Nov. 5, 2016, Adams had a hypodermic syringe inside her pants during a traffic stop, which contained a mixture of heroin, fentanyl and cocaine.

Tiffany D. Herron, 34, Bloomfield Road, East Liverpool, was sentenced to 18 months in Marysville Correctional Facility for Women after stipulating to violating the terms of her community control she was placed on for possession of drugs and permitting drug abuse. She was credited with 237 served in jail. On Aug. 16, Herron had acetyl fentanyl and allowed her property on state Route 45, Wellsville, to be used by Mack Griffin for commission of a felony trafficking offense.

Jonathan R. Keyes, 29, 18th Street Heights, Wellsville, had his intervention in lieu of conviction plan dishonorably terminated due to a probation violation. He has now been placed on a community control for a possession of drugs charge he pleaded guilty to in July for having carfentanil on Aug. 10, 2017.
