MUNICIPAL COURT

LISBON — In county Municipal Court, Krista L. Luckino, 47, St. George Street, East Liverpool, was bound over to the grand jury for charges of failure to comply and felonious assault for allegedly refusing to get out of the vehicle when ordered to do so on March 12 and then striking two Wellsville police officers with her vehicle.

William Shields, 41, Smithfield Road, East Liverpool, was credited with a day in jail, sentenced to an additional nine days in jail, fined $975, had his license suspended for a year and required 30 hours community service for OVI breath .17-plus first offense and failure to control.

An April 30 pretrial was set for Frederick R. Nunez, 42, South Market Street, East Palestine, cited with OVI first offense and no license.

An April 29 pretrial was set for Chad A. Smith, 38, Jerome Street, Lisbon, cited with OVI first offense and failure to control.

A May 9 pretrial was set for Samantha J. Stone, 31, Superior Avenue, Salem, charged with aggravated menacing for allegedly yelling vulgarities at Michael Spencer, the father of her child, and turned the SUV around to drive toward Spencer and his girlfriend, Patricia Hamilton, forcing them to move out of the way to avoid being struck on March 8.

Ronald W. Boyer, 56, Hisey Road, New Waterford, was fined $250 and credited with three days in jail for aggravated menacing for threatening to kill Ellen Foor if she would not let her see his son on Feb. 9.

An April 1 pretrial was set for Bobby Joe Hill, 53, Sherman Street, Lisbon, charged with assault for allegedly punching Cambria Kauffman several times in the head and twice in the ribs and hand with a metal T-ball bat on Tuesday.

An April 1 pretrial was set for Cambria I. Kauffman, 19, Sherman Street, Lisbon, charged with assault for allegedly striking Bobby Joe Hill in the face several times and headbutting him in the face on Tuesday.

A March 28 pretrial was set for Lucas L. Sims, 34, county jail, Lisbon, charged with illegal conveyance of prohibited items onto the grounds of a detention facility for allegedly having Tamilia Sims and Linda McKinnon bring him a cell phone to the jail.

Kayla R. Mennell, 22, Walnut Street, East Palestine, was fined $500 for falsification, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct. An assault charge for allegedly striking Christopher Freeman in the face was dismissed. On Aug. 1, Mennell was yelling and cursing at the home where she was staying in East Palestine, had to be carried from the house to the cruiser and the cruiser into the police station and told police she was her sister.

Brandon M. House, 23, Summer Road, East Rochester, was credited with two days in jail, sentenced to 28 additional days, fined $350 and required 40 hours community service for criminal trespassing, falsification and three counts of drug paraphernalia. House told deputies his name was Jeff House when he was found in a SUV in the wooded area behind Forest Lanes Bowling Alley with a digital scale, a clear glass pipe with residue and a small mirror with white residue in the center consol.

Joseph E. Davis, 33, East Garfield Road, East Liverpool, was fined $330 for driving under suspension, failure to control and a seat belt violation.

An April 29 pretrial was set for Nicholas J. Conway, 38, New Middletown, charged with violating a temporary protection order for allegedly going to the workplace of Danielle Bowers and attempting to get into her vehicle on March 13.

A March 25 pretrial was set for Ethan C. Ruffner, 28, Union Ridge Road, Negley, charged with resisting arrest, criminal mischief and possession of drugs. On March 9 Ruffner allegedly was kicking the cell toilet attempting to damage village property, tensing up to prevent police from removing his handcuffs and had a sandwich baggie of marijuana.

Jeffrey Riachy, 47, Rigby Street, East Liverpool, was fined $150, credited with four days served in jail and required 30 hours community service for theft for taking a can of liquor from the Circle K in East Palestine without paying for it on 25 occasions between Aug. 15 and Oct. 17. An April 11 restitution hearing was set.

Alison J. Grimes, 20, East Washington Street, Lisbon, was fined $150 and credited with two days in jail for disorderly conduct amended from domestic violence for hitting her ex-boyfriend, Zachary Rudder, in the mouth on March 13.

A May 14 pretrial was set for Jonathan E. Mitchell, 45, Scroggs Road, Lisbon, charged with assault for allegedly getting into a fight with Matthew Kern at the Eagles in Leetonia.

A May 9 pretrial was set for Richard Allen Powell, 30, East Liverpool Road, East Liverpool, cited with possession of drugs and marijuana paraphernalia.

Richard Vecchio, 56, state Route 164, Lisbon, was fined $150 for public intoxication.

James L. Dawson, 29, 16 School Road, Irondale, was fined $250 for use of an unauthorized plate.

An April 30 pretrial was set for Rick Allen Fisher, 28, Chester, W.Va., cited with drug paraphernalia.

A May 14 pretrial was set for Rebecca E. Steed, 46, Oak Street, Beloit, cited with possession of drugs for allegedly having a cut straw and buprenorphine on Dec. 17.
