— Johnathan D. Harstine, 29, Lisbon, was southeast on Y&O Road in Madison Township at 3:40 a.m. Sunday and went off the right side into a mailbox and a culvert and overturned into a tree. He was cited for failure to control and arrested for OVI and taken to the East Liverpool hospital with possible injuries.
— Kevin J. Coughen, 52, Hammondsville, was northwest on state Route 45 in Madison Township at 5:03 p.m. Friday and Iliyah Rayen Barnes, 17, East Liverpool, failed to yield making a left turn onto Cameron Road and struck Coughen. Barnes was cited for right of way.
— Leslie A. Warren, 43, Lisbon, was westbound on state Route 558 in Salem Township at 4:48 p.m. April 10 and was struck by John J. Friel, 39, Leetonia, who was backing from a private drive. Friel was cited for improper backing.
— Jevonte Ryan Weems, 27, Akron, was eastbound on state Route 172 in Center Township at 6:58 a.m. April 6 and went off the right side into a utility pole. He was cited for failure to control and taken to the Salem hospital with minor injuries.
— Lori L. Ference, 55, Boardman, was westbound on state Route 172 in Hanover Township at 4:30 p.m. Saturday and took a wide turn onto Baker Road and struck Rhonda B. Hardesty, 60, Hanoverton. Ference was cited for failure to control.
— Michael J. Coyle, 65, North Canton, and Randy B. Payne, 64, Alliance, were east on U.S. 62 in Knox Township at 10:30 a.m. April 10 and Payne rear-ended Coyle. Payne was cited for assured clear distance.
