LISBON — Brian S. Noble, 48, state Route 170, East Liverpool, pleaded guilty in Common Pleas Court to receiving stolen property and two counts of possession of drugs. He is facing up to three years in prison, a five year license suspension and a $8,500 fine. Sentencing is set for Aug. 12.
On May 8, 2018, Noble had amphetamine and buprenorphine. Prior to that starting in July 2017 and continuing through December 2017, Noble was employed at Butech in Salem and took carbide and brass valued at more than $7,500, but less than $150,000 scrapping it at both American Recycling and Broadway Metal and Iron on numerous occasions.
