EL man charged with drug possession
LISBON — A secret indictment was served at the county jail this week on Tiffany D. Herron, 34, of East Liverpool, charged with possession of a fentanyl-related compound. According to court documents, Herron did knowingly obtain, possess or use a fentanyl-related compound in the county on or about Dec. 8. The charge is a fifth-degree felony.
