LISBON — A July 25 preliminary hearing was set in county Municipal Court for Joshua A. Sutton, 37, Teegarden Road, Salem, charged with domestic violence and aggravated menacing for allegedly threatening to kill his wife, Danielle Sutton, with a knife on July 6. Sutton reportedly made several slashing motions in her direction and attempted to break into a room where she had locked herself and her two children inside, while she blocked the door with her body and a chair. Deputies found him on the balcony with the two-year-old and at their command, he did come back inside and then exited the house.

A Sept. 5 pretrial was set for Jonathon J. Castelucci, 39, North Lincoln Avenue, Salem, cited with obstructing official business and disorderly conduct. On Tuesday, Castelucci allegedly was found stumbling in the roadway in the 500 block of East Pershing Street while intoxicated and refused to give Salem police his identification card, which was located in his wallet after his arrest.

A July 25 pretrial was set for Jeffrey S. Murphy, 52, Enon Valley, Pa., cited with OVI second offense, driving under suspension and expired license.

A Sept. 9 pretrial was set for Michael W. Hover, 51, High Street, Leetonia, cited with OVI first offense, no CDL and marked lanes.

Corbin C. Detwiler, 37, Highland Avenue, Roger, was fined $250 for driving under suspension. A failure to display a valid sticker citation was dismissed.

Amber Cherie Blackburn, 36, Rose Drive, Lisbon, was fined $250 for driving under suspension.

Michaela Jane Debee, 21, West Martin Street, East Palestine, was fined $250 for driving under suspension and a seat belt violation.

Joshua A. Flege, 43, Akron, was fined $250 for failure to reinstate a license.

An Aug. 29 pretrial was set for Shane Alan Pratt Jr., 23, Logtown Road, Lisbon, cited with driving under suspension.

A Sept. 9 pretrial was set for Adam L. Buckius, 26, state Route 558, Leetonia, charged with menacing for allegedly threatening to assault Katherine Smith and her son on Tuesday.
