COLUMBIANA — In county Municipal Court, an Oct. 1 pretrial was set for Kevin a. Miller, 35, Bowman Road, Homeworth, cited with OVI second offense and a turn signals violation.
Brian William Curran, 31, Lemon Street, East Liverpool, was fined $955, had his license suspended for a year, required to attend a three-day counseling program and ordered 30 hours community service for OVI first offense, possession of marijuana and loud exhaust.
Nathaniel Brian Blair, 30, Massillon, was fined $675, had his license suspended for a year, required to attend a three-day counseling program and ordered 30 hours community service for OVI first offense and left of center.
An Oct. 7 pretrial was set for Scott A. Rudder, 55, East Fourth Street, Salem, charged with two counts of menacing. Rudder allegedly threatened Timothy Keenan an Lana Billter on Monday.
Donzel E. Owens Jr., 61, state Route 46, Lisbon, was fined $200, credited with a day in jail and required 30 hours community service for sexual imposition for grabbing another man’s genitals with his hand on April 9.
Isaac R. Faulkner, 18, East Fifth Street, Salem, was credited with three days served in jail, sentenced to four additional days in jail, fined $300 and required 40 hours community service for obstructing official business for telling police a missing 14-year-old girl was not in his home on Aug. 13 and for criminal trespassing for being on the property and in the bedroom of the girl on July 2 after he was warned on both March 9 and May 9 not to return.
Cody W. Harmon, 30, North Jackson, was fined $250, required 40 hours community service and credited with a day in jail for disorderly conduct amended from assault for hitting Alisha Montgomery in the face while driving on state Route 7 on Dec. 26.
Dkwan M. Wise, 23, 16 School Road, Wellsville, was credited with 10 days in jail and sentenced to an additional 20 days in jail for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle for taking a vehicle belonging to Samantha Jones on June 30 and driving it a high speeds before wrecking into a Main Street business.
An Oct. 8 pretrial was set for Isaac L. Lemasters Jr., 49, Salineville Road West, Salineville, cited with two counts of driving under suspension and no license.
Anna M. McQuiston, 44, Prospect Street, Salem, was fined $150 and required 10 hours community service for driving under suspension.
Rodney Blake Russell, 63, East Martin Street, East Palestine, was fined $100 for driving under suspension.
Jeffrey D. Davis, 43, Columbiana-Waterford Road, Columbiana, was fined $210 and required 25 hours community service for driving under suspension, failure to control and two counts of speeding.
Dominica Keller, 21, Givens Road, Wellsville, was fined $100 for lighted lights required amended from failure to control.
Randy S. Sager, 28, Ellwood City, Pa., was fined $50 for no license.
Lewis Steven Grande, 44, South Lincoln Avenue, Salem, was fined $150 for lights required amended from a traffic control device violation.
Taira L. Scullion, 28, East Sixth Street, Salem, was fined $50 for disorderly conduct.
A Sept. 5 pretrial was set for Gary A. Shell Jr., 23, Kirk Road, Columbiana, charged with assault.
David G. Parker, 60, Unity Line Road, New Waterford, was fined $150 and credited with a day in jail for disorderly conduct amended from domestic violence for grabbing Loria Parker and shoving her out of the home and off the deck twice.
An Oct. 10 pretrial was set for Michael A. Stover, 19, Thomas Road, Lisbon, cited with a school zone speeding violation.
George A. Taylor, 60, South Lincoln Avenue, Salem, was fined $100 for disorderly conduct amended from domestic violence for threatening to kill or beat his live-in girlfriend on July 20.
Casey M. Channell, 30, North Main Street, Columbiana, was fined $150 for disorderly conduct amended from assault for punching Nicole L. Schnarrenberger in the face multiple times on Nov. 15, 2018.
Layne Bradley Yoder, 21, Georgetown Road, Homeworth, was fined $150 for an equipment violation amended from left of center.
Shirley A. Simcox, 79, Annesley Road, East Liverpool, was fined $130 for passing an emergency vehicle and a seat belt violation.
