— Daisy Kelsey, 18, of Salem, was cited for failure to control after she went off the right side of the road and her Town Car overturned on its roof while she was driving on Woodsdale Road in Butler Township at 8:06 a.m. Friday. Kelsey said she swerved to miss a deer but there was no evidence either way. Kelsey declined medical treatment at the scene, saying she would seek treatment on later her own if necessary.
— Ronald B. Barton, 69, of East Liverpool, was flown to an area hospital with suspected series injuries following a one-vehicle accident on state Route 164 in Wayne Township at 5:35 p.m. Friday. Barton went off the right side of the road, with his Grand Caravan striking a culvert. The investigation remains under investigation.
— Edward Burak, 85, of Aliquippa, Pa., was cited for improper backing after he backed into the vehicle behind him, an Accord driven by Nancy A. Hostetter, 51, of Lincolnton, N.C. This occurred on Heck Road in Unity Township at 5:32 p.m. Saturday.
