LISBON — In county Municipal Court, Charles Michael Butler, 45, Youngstown, was bound over to the grand jury on a charge of tampering with evidence for allegedly removing a clear plastic baggie from his pants and giving it to the driver of the vehicle he was riding in on Sept. 10. Butler waived his right to a preliminary hearing.
Charles J. Piuri, 52, Enon Valley, Pa., was fined $725, had his license suspended for a year, required to attend a three-day counseling program and ordered 40 hours community service for OVI first offense and left of center.
An Oct. 15 pretrial was set for William Dean Hively Jr., 48, East Sixth Street, Salem, charged with OVI first offense.
Daniel Davis, 38, Scott Mill Road, Negley, was fined $675, had his license suspended for a year, required to attend a three-day counseling program and ordered 20 hours community service for OVI first offense and driving under suspension.
Matthew E. Marshall, Somer Street, Leetonia, was fined $675, credited with seven days served in jail, had his license suspended for a year and required 40 hours community service for physical control.
A Nov. 18 pretrial was set for Jason M. Miller, 44, Lower Elkton Road, Columbiana, cited with OVI first offense and loud exhaust.
A Nov. 12 pretrial was set for Kayla Rose Amelung, 23, Jennings Avenue, Salem, cited with OVI first offense.
An Oct. 28 pretrial was set for Debra L. Gray, 60, Ottawa Trail, Negley, cited with violating a protection order for allegedly calling Firestone Health Care to question how Kristyn Essad, a physician at the business, was doing on March 4, about a month after a protection order was granted.
A Sept. 26 pretrial was set for Linda L. Endrizzi, 57, State Line Road, Negley, charged with domestic violence for allegedly assaulting her spouse, Thelma Endrizzi on Tuesday.
An Oct. 29 pretrial was set for Michael F. Hipsley, 26, Old Monroeville Heights, Salineville, charged with obstructing official business and disorderly conduct for allegedly making unwanted advances toward two women at the Tangerine Lounge on Sept. 7, which caused other patrons to remove him from the bar; and attempting to fight people in the bar, before hiding along a fence line when police arrived and fleeing on foot.
Stephen W. Bell Jr., 33, East Third Street, Salem, was credited with seven days in jail, sentenced to an additional 83 days in jail, fined $550 for possession of marijuana, obstructing official business and six counts of drug paraphernalia.
Willie F. Smith IV, 45, Youngstown, was fined $200, credited with a day in jail and required 30 hours community service for driving under suspension.
Nathaniel C. Joy, 24, Stanton Drive, Columbiana, was fined $100 for marijuana paraphernalia for a grinder and a glass pipe.
Taylor Saunders, 27, Youngstown, was fined $100 for driving under suspension.
Crystal R. Burkey, 29, South Cross Street, Columbiana, was fined $75 for speeding.
Ashley D. House, 31, West Pershing Street, Salem, was fined $50 for open container. A Nov. 25 pretrial was set for House, who also is cited with wrongful entrustment.
Board violations against Barbara Bierwirth, 71, Akron, were dismissed.
