LISBON — In county Municipal Court, William R. Hissom, 49, Clarkson Road, Rogers, was fined $1,000, credited with 15 days served in jail, sentenced to an additional 15 days in jail, had his license suspended for two years and required 50 hours community service for domestic violence and OVI second offense. Both offenses occurred on Aug. 18, when Hissom assaulted his mother.
Timothy R. Smith, 30, East Pidgeon Road, Salem, was credited with a day in jail, sentenced to an additional two days in jail, fined $150 and required 40 hours community service for obstructing official business. On Aug. 14, Smith told the Perry Township Fire Department’s assistant chief a fire was started due to electrical issues, when in fact he later admitted to intentionally setting the fire by lighting some trash with a lighter because he was tired of looking at it.
Brett T. Lahue, 47, Monaca, Pa., was fined $1,005, had his license suspended for a year, required to attend a three-day counseling program and ordered 50 hours community service for OVI first offense, left of center and a seat belt violation.
