LISBON — In County Municipal Court Rochelle Cole, 49, North Main Street, Columbiana, was sentenced to 10 days in jail, fined $875, had her license suspended for a year and required 30 hours community service for OVI first offense and a turn signals violation.
Joshua W. Shoaff, 28, Youngstown, was fined $700, had his license suspended for a year, required to attend a three-day counseling and ordered 30 hours community service for OVI first offense and marked lanes.
Brittney Welling, 22, New Garden Avenue, Salem, was fined $250, had her license suspended for a year and required 40 hours community service for reckless operation amended from OVI first offense.
Daniel Joseph Macinga, 23, North Lima, was fined $300 for a tail lights violation and reckless operation amended from OVI first offense.
Leah E. Janci, 28, North Union Avenue, Salem, pleaded guilty to domestic violence for threatening to kill her live-in boyfriend, strike him or shoot him on Saturday. A sentencing hearing was set for Oct. 21.
Danielle Marie Staats, 32, Lisbon Street, Columbiana, was fined $450, sentenced to three days in jail and required 50 hours community service for leaving the scene and two counts of driving under suspension.
Kimberly A. Heck, 51, Sharp Street, Salem, was fined $150 for driving under suspension.
Ryan Armstrong, 34, Depot Road, Salem, was fined $100 for disorderly conduct for attempting to get into a home on East Third Street, Salem, while he was intoxicated. He reportedly told police he was going to his friend’s house, but had the wrong house.
A Nov. 7 pretrial was set for Jodi M. Staley, 52, Magnolia, cited with menacing for allegedly leaving Christina Baker a message threatening to shoot her in the head.
A Sept. 30 pretrial was set for Michael S. Pitts, state Route 644, Summitville, charged with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle for allegedly taking his mother’s vehicle without her permission on Sept. 9, then attempted to elude Highway Patrol troopers by driving through a field and crashing it into a tree.
A Sept. 30 pretrial was set for Joshua J. Morris Revelant, 31, High Street, Leetonia, charged with carrying a concealed weapon and resisting arrest for allegedly fleeing from police attempting to take him into custody on Friday and having a butterfly knife when he was searched.
Richard A. Brown, 73, Cream Ridge Road, Lisbon, was fined $250 and ordered to pay $212 in restitution to the victim for disorderly conduct amended from domestic violence. On July 28 Brown punched his son-in-law, John Beverly in the face multiple times while at Jalisco’s in Salem.
A Nov. 12 pretrial was set for Adam J. Faulkner, 22, state Route 14, East Palestine, cited with hit skip and failure to control.
Kaylyn Marie Pontuti, 25, Royal Birkdale, Columbiana, was fined $150 for driving under suspension.
Kimberly M. Fox, 39, Walnut Street, Leetonia, was fined $100 for lighted lights required amended from assured clear distance.
A Nov. 5 pretrial was set for Brock D. Menough, 33, East Sixth Street, Salem, cited with failure to stop after an accident, driving under suspension, failure to reinstate a license and two counts of improper backing.
Omer A. Omer, 33, Memphis, Tenn., was fined $150 for an equipment violation amended from speeding.
A Nov. 25 pretrial was set for Jonathan Scott Davis, 35, Struthers, cited with possession of marijuana.
