— A Union Ridge Road, Middleton Township, woman reported at 10:35 a.m. Monday her live-in boyfriend, Joshua Robb, assaulted her in her vehicle and then took the vehicle after threatening and intimidating her. Robb, 30, was found driving her vehicle on state Route 154 and he was charged with domestic violence, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and driving under suspension. He also reportedly admitted to stealing four tires from Jim’s Tire in Wellsville earlier that day.
— A suspicious red car was reported on Roller Coaster Road, Elkrun Township, at 5:34 p.m. Tuesday, driving slowly past a mailbox. The resident was concerned they were trying to steal their mail, but the dogs keep scaring them off.
— A highly intoxicated Township Line Road, Madison Township, man reported at 9:08 a.m. Tuesday he wanted his girlfriend out of his home. She had left on foot and he was planning to file an eviction against her. Deputies explained it was a civil issue.
— A domestic dispute was reported at a Parkview Drive home at 2:33 p.m. Tuesday. Both parties had already separated when deputies arrived and deputies were told the woman had gone inside. However, there was a warrant for the woman and it was determined she had already fled through a back window into a wooded area. The area was checked, but she was not located.
— Someone reported at 12:49 p.m. Tuesday she took her 2007 PT Cruiser to Walt’s Body Shop in New Waterford to have some repairs, but Coport Auction took her car from Walt’s without her permission. She had already contacted her insurance company and the adjustor about what happened, but was told to also contact an attorney due to it being a civil issue.
