LISBON — In Common Pleas Court, Michael A. Talbert, 41, Commerce Street, Wellsville, stipulated to violating the terms of his community control for a single count of aggravated trafficking in drugs, which was a part of the Operation Big Oak indictment. Talbert’s community control was dishonorably terminated and he was sentenced to nine months in prison.
Arthur J. Gingher, 49, West Grant Street, East Palestine, stipulated to violating the terms of his community control on a receiving stolen property charge from April 2017. Gingher was sentenced to eight months in prison with credit for 134 days served. The charge was for having Robert Urgitus’ stolen credit card.
Brandon R. Stonestreet, 26, Warren, was found eligible for intervention in lieu of conviction. He pleaded guilty to possession of cocaine for having a substance containing cocaine on Nov. 8, 2018. Stonestreet was placed on a three-year intervention treatment plan.
