EL man pleads guilty to endangering

LISBON — Jacob J. Henderson, 26, Sprucevale Road, East Liverpool, pleaded guilty in Common Pleas Court to the prosecutor’s information for an endangering children charge, a third-degree felony. Sentencing is set for Jan. 13, when he faces up to three years in prison and a $10,000 fine. He is to be evaluated to see if he is eligible for a sexual offender treatment program. The original indictment charging Henderson with gross sexual imposition, for his alleged actions with a child about to turn 3 years old in November 2017 will be dismissed.

Travis Beiling, 36, Lower Elkton Road, Columbiana, pleaded guilty to two counts of domestic violence and requested immediate sentencing. Beiling was sentenced to 14 months in prison for the most recent charge and then placed on three years community control on the earlier charge, consecutive to the prison term. One charge was for harming Meghan Jaeger in September, by choking her until she blacked out. The earlier domestic violence charge was for grabbing Jaeger by her by the throat, pushing her into the shower, throwing a kitchen chair and breaking a mirror on Feb. 21 when he already has a domestic violence conviction in Cleveland Municipal Court a year earlier.
