EP man charged with burglary, theft

LISBON — Cody W. Harmon, 31, Neeld Road, East Palestine, was among those served with secret indictments issued by the grand jury in October. Harmon is charged with failure to provide notice of change of address, burglary and petty theft. On Oct. 1, Harmon, who has a 2009 conviction of unlawful sexual conduct with a minor was found not to be living at his registered address. Additionally, Harmon is alleged to have trespassed in a garage of Thomas Sorrell and stole a gasoline can and a set of keys.

Patrick J. Vitko, 38, Weekiwachi, Fla., is charged with aggravated possession of drugs for allegedly having methamphetamines on June 23.

Herbert L. Hebron, 46, and Nicole L. Hays, 45, both of Carrollton, are each charged with complicity in the commission of a forgery offense and grand theft of a motor vehicle. Starting on Feb. 19 and continuing through March 7, Hebron and Hays allegedly had a 2013 Chrysler 200 belonging to Jolysa L. Richards, which had been obtained by deception.

Joshua J.L. Lapin, 30, East Fourth Street, Salem, is charged with aggravated possession of drugs for allegedly having methamphetamine on June 6.

Robert B. German, 36, Prospect Street, Salem, is charged with aggravated possession of drugs for allegedly having oxycodone on June 11.

Duane A. Wilson Jr., 39, New Garden, Salem, is charged with aggravated possession of drugs for allegedly having oxycodone on March 30.

Crystal R. Hoskinson, 28, last known address East State Street, Salem, is charged with aggravated possession of drugs for allegedly having methamphetamines on Jan. 19.

Roy O. Moffett, 24, Wilbert Avenue, East Liverpool, is charged with aggravated possession of drugs for allegedly having methamphetamines on April 16. The Moffett indictment was issued by the grand jury in August.
