LISBON – In county Municipal Court, James E. Barber, 41, last known address state Route 154, Lisbon, waived his right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over to the grand jury on a charge of failure to verify change of address. Allegedly a tier II sexual offender after his conviction for gross sexual imposition in 2013, Barber is required to notify the sheriff of his change of address. Barber was reportedly not living at the Kendall House, which he had registered as his address.
Isaac R. Faulkner, 18, East School Street, Salem, was fined $170 and had his license suspended for 180 days for marijuana possession and a turn signals violation.
Brandan N. Adams, 19, state Route 558, New Waterford, was credited with a day in jail, fined $150 and required 40 hours community service for disorderly conduct amended from theft for taking a Samsung phone from the New Waterford Food Mart on Aug. 20.
