LISBON — In County Municipal Court, Randy Martin, 33, Broadway, Wellsville, was bound over to the grand jury on a theft charge for allegedly taking a 1996 Toyota pickup owned by Jared Clark without his permission on Oct. 9.
Raymond T. Boso, 39, Wyoming Avenue, East Liverpool, was credited with 15 days served, sentenced to an additional 15 days in jail, fined $1,325, had his license suspended for two years and required 40 hours community service for OVI, driving under suspension, unauthorized plate, drug abuse instrument and possession of marijuana.
David D. Unkefer, 30, Homeworth Road, Alliance, was fined $400, had his license suspended for a year, required to attend a three-day counseling program and ordered 30 hours community service for plate light violation and reckless operation second offense amended from OVI first offense.
A Dec. 9 pretrial was set for Britton K. Steiginga, 25, Walnut Grove Drive, New Waterford, cited with driving under a 12-point suspension.
A Dec. 12 pretrial was set for Douglas B. Harrison, 57, Pine Hollow Road, Rogers, charged with possession of a schedule four controlled substance for allegedly having buprenorphine in his wallet on April 25.
Martin F. White, 46, state Route 170, East Palestine, was fined $150 and required 25 hours community service for driving under suspension. A second driving under suspension citation against White was dismissed.
Matthew J. Jerome, 33, Park Avenue, East Palestine, was fined $150 and required 25 hours community service for driving under suspension.
Robert P. White, 30, Allen Drive, Lisbon, was fined $150 and required 40 hours community service for criminal trespassing for refusing to leave the home of Tamala Brooks after she ordered him to leave on Oct. 9.
John H. Hahn, 63, Bayard Road, Minerva, was fined $625, credited with a day in jail and required 40 hours community service for open container, failure to display a valid sticker and physical control amended from OVI .
