— A Teegarden Road, Hanover Township, resident reported at 7:48 a.m. Tuesday someone opened a PayPal account in his name without his authorization. He was contacting his credit card companies and letting them know.
— An Alderlick Road, Madison Township, resident reported at 1:21 p.m. monday someone kicked the basement door in, went up the steps to the main floor of the house and forced open the door at the top of the steps. The person stole a Roland keyboard belonging to St. George’s Church in Lisbon, as well as some .45-caliber ammo that was in the bedroom. The firearm with it was not taken. A pry bar was found upstairs, which was possibly the tool used in the break in. The resident said she called her grandson, believing he may be responsible, but he denied it claiming he was in Warren.
— Deputies responded to an alarm at a property on state Route 45, Madison Township at 12:35 p.m. Monday. The home was found to be secure from the ground level.
— Deputies checked a home on state Route 164, Salineville, at 12:43 p.m. Monday, but found everything secure. The homeowner arrived and the inside was checked as well.
— An 11- or 12-year-old boy with Downs Syndrome, who has been getting outside his Circle Drive, Knox Township, home and wandering away, was reported at 2:32 p.m. Saturday. There was no answer at the door. The front door was open with the glass storm door closed. The home was dirty and there was a very strong ammonia odor was coming from inside. A couple of men in the next driveway said a stranger brought the child home a couple of hours earlier and he gets out on a regular basis. Another person riding by on a bicycle said his parents live in the home, while he lives in a nearby camper. There are three children living in the home and the middle one has Downs Syndrome. Deputies gave him a business card to give to his parents, but after not hearing from them by Tuesday, deputies forwarded a report to Children Services.
– A possible road rage incident was reported in the area of Lincole Place at 4:23 p.m. Monday. Deputies checked the area, but the vehicle had left before they arrived.
– Deputies went to check on the welfare of a person on Depot Road, Center Township, at 4:21 p.m. Monday. The person was not there.
–A possible property incident was reported on state Route 7 in Fairfield Township at 7:23 p.m. monday. There was no property damage when deputies met with the person there.
— A Unity Line Road, Unity Township, woman reported Credit Karma alerted her someone had attempted to open a PayPal credit card account in her name on Sunday. She was able to stop the account from opening before anyone used it to spend money.
– A Bye Road, Middleton Township, resident reported at 12:41 p.m. Monday someone opened a PayPal credit card in her name and spent $720. Her bank had alerted her someone used her bank card to charge $1 at a gas station. Then Credit Karma had alerted her about the PayPal account.
— A private property accident was reported on Depot Road, Center Township, at 5:28 p.m. Thursday.
— A 911 hang up call came from a home on state Route 170, Middleton Township. The resident told deputies everytime it rains his phone stops working.
