— A family member of the owner of a property on state Route 518 in Madison Township reported at noon, Tuesday, he had been at the home on Sunday to check it and everything was secure, but on Tuesday items were strewn about the kitchen and the TV was missing from the living room. It appeared someone had kicked in a basement window, went upstairs and removed the screen from the living room window next to where the TV had been. Women’s watches and an assortment of QVC jewelry was taken.

— A person was reported jogging in the area of Metz Road between Lower Elkton and state Route 164, wearing a green camo outfit and carrying a machine gun at 6:23 a.m. Tuesday. Deputies found the person just west of Fairfield Road on Metz Road. He was training for the Air National Guard and the AR-15 was blue and a fake.

— An alarm sounded at the Rogers Sale, state Route 154, Rogers, at 2:45 a.m. Friday. Everything was found to be secure.

— A woman in the area of Mindling Lane, Minerva, reported at 11:57 p.m. Monday she could hear someone groaning in her backyard or in the neighbor’s backyard on Maple Street.

— A woman on state Route 518, West Point, reported at 12:08 p.m. Tuesday she had allowed another woman to stay at her house for the past few days because the woman was rehabing due to her substance abuse issues. She took the woman with her when she took her children to school and came back home to lay down. Then she heard her 2004 Jeep starting in the driveway and looked out to see the woman “peeling” out heading southbound on state Route 45. The woman did not have permission to drive the Jeep and a stolen vehicle report was made.
