LISBON — In county municipal court, Tina L. Smith, 44, Salineville Road, Salineville, was fined $150 after being found guilty of wrongful entrustment of her motor vehicle. The charges were brought by Salineville police based on an incident that occurred on Aug. 4.
In other court news, Lesley J. Fender, 47, East 15th Street, Salem, was sentenced to six days in the county jail and fined $725 after being found guilty of OVI and not having a required light. Fender’s license was also suspended for two years, with limited driving privileges granted.
Bradley A. Dustman, 25, South Main Street, Columbiana, pleaded innocent to OVI, driving under suspension and speeding, and a pretrial hearing is scheduled for Jan. 7. Dustman was cited by Columbiana police at 10:43 p.m. Friday.
