LISBON — Cheyenne D. Weyand, 22, Avondale Street, East Liverpool, stipulated to violating the terms of her intervention in lieu of conviction treatment plan in Common Pleas Court. She was placed on 60-days electronically monitored house arrest as part of her current treatment plan, which will continue. Weyand was placed on the plan after pleading guilty to theft in July.
