LISBON — In county Municipal Court, Jeffrey A. Boyd, 45, West Pershing Street, Salem, was fined $750, required to attend a three-day counseling program and ordered 30 hours community service for resisting arrest and obstructing official business for running from police and getting into a vehicle, reaching inside the center area before being physically removed on Jan. 18. A physical control citation against Boyd was dismissed.
A Jan. 27 pretrial was set for Walker J. Trayes, 23, Quincy Avenue, Columbiana, cited with OVI second offense, driving under OVI suspension, tail lights violation and open container in a motor vehicle.
Anthony Michael Duncan, 31, Taylor Avenue, New Waterford, was fined $700, had his license suspended for a year, required to attend a three-day counseling program and ordered 30 hours community service for OVI first offense and a tail lights violation.
A Jan. 21 pretrial was set for Santana L. Petrich, 42, South Market Street, East Palestine, cited with OVI first offense, possession of marijuana, marijuana paraphernalia and one way traffic.
A Dec. 5 pretrial was set for Johnny J. Metzger, 24, Youngstown, charged with domestic violence for allegedly slapping Savannah Snyder in the face, pulling her hair and grabbing her by the arm on Wednesday.
A Jan. 21 pretrial was set for Stephen James Bott, 23, Youngstown, cited with OVI first offense, driving under suspension and speeding.
A Dec. 9 pretrial was set for Mark A. Lewis, 38, East Fourth Street, Salem, charged with assault for allegedly striking Gregory Harper in the face with his fist on Sunday.
Kelly M. Reed, 30, Sunset Drive, Wellsville, was fined $450, credited with three days in jail and required 40 hours community service for domestic violence, obstructing official business and resisting arrest for hiding under a pile of clothing and blankets at the foot of a bed when police were there to take her into custody on a warrant on June 14. The domestic violence charge was for punching her mother, Leona Reed; throwing her down and putting an elbow into her neck on April 10.
Jack R. Veon II, 41, East Taggart Street, East Palestine, was fined $350, credited with two days in jail, sentenced to an additional 28 days in jail and ordered to pay $513 in restitution to Michelle Crawford within 23 days for passing bad checks, driving under suspension and expired registration.
Kelly Hobbs, 21, Youngstown, was fined $300, sentenced to three days in jail, required 20 hours community service for speeding and a child restraint citation.
A Jan. 13 pretrial was set for Ryan L. Rang, 35, Haiti Road, Salineville, cited with driving under suspension and failure to control.
A Dec. 9 pretrial was set for Candace L. Fraser, 30, Rose Avenue, Salem, charged with obstructing official business for allegedly telling police here name was Sierra, concealing her face and attempting to run out of the apartment on Sunday.
Andrew Bradley McManus, 19, Pritchard Avenue, Lisbon, was fined $175 for speeding and no license.
Melanie R. Sobek, 46, Jennings Avenue Salem, was fined $150, credited with a day in jail and required 40 hours community service for drug paraphernalia for a crack pipe.
Michael Williams, 30, Vine Street, Salem, was fined $150 for driving under suspension amended from driving under OVI suspension.
Louis L. Huyghe II, 40, Sharp Avenue, Salem, was fined $150 and credited with two days in jail for persistent disorderly conduct amended from domestic violence for harming his son in the front yard on June 21.
A Jan. 13 pretrial was set for Sharon C. Griffith-Weyand, 49, U.S. Route 30, Minerva, cited with disorderly conduct for allegedly being intoxicated and repeatedly yelling on Sunday when deputies told her to settle down.
A Jan. 16 pretrial was set for Mitchell Lacey, 47, Freeman Road, Lisbon, cited with driving under suspension and marked lanes.
A citation for failure to reinstate a license against Tommy J. Lemasters, 43, Malone Road, Salineville, was dismissed.
A driving under suspension citation against Mario A. Wilson, 46, Saint Clair Avenue, East Liverpool, was dismissed due to a BMV error.
A driving under suspension citation against Michael V. Little, 34, Failor Road, East Palestine, was dismissed when it was determined he had a valid license and insurance.
Arianna Michelle Beredine, 22, Bloomingdale, was fined $150 for an equipment violation amended from speeding.
Kevin Sutherin, 53, Depot Road, Lisbon, was fined $100 for speeding.
Dale E. Riehl, 59, Leetonia Road, Leetonia, was fined $10 for failure to register a rental unit in Leetonia.
