LISBON — William Lewis Gist, 52, Seventh Avenue, East Liverpool, was served a secret indictment charging him with two counts of violating a temporary protection order and one count of trespass in a habitation. On Nov. 10 and Nov. 22, Gist allegedly violated a protection order, issued in East Liverpool Municipal court. On Nov. 10 he reportedly trespassed in the home of Angela Adkins, Ohio Avenue, East Liverpool.
Stephen W. Bell Jr., 33, Rose Avenue, Salem, is charged with aggravated possession of drugs and a forfeiture specification. On Sept. 12, Bell allegedly had methamphetamines and $1,350 believed obtained through the commission of a drug-office.
Eric D. Campolito, 21, Countryside Drive, Salem, is charged with aggravated possession of drugs for allegedly having amphetamines on June 22.
Those three indictments were issued by the grand jury in January.
Fred Everett Morris Jr., 54, Sherwood Avenue, East Liverpool, is charged with non support of dependents for allegedly failing to provide support to Garrett P. Morris between Sept. 4, 2017 through April 27, 2018. The indictment was issued by the grand jury in November.
