MUNICIPAL COURT

LISBON — A March 23 pretrial was set in county Municipal Court for Steve D. Adams, 58, West Indiana Avenue, Sebring, cited with OVI second offense and a tail lights violation.

A March 5 sentencing hearing is set for Jessica Mae Cameron, 37, Winona Road, Salem, who pleaded no contest to OVI first offense and left of center.

Christopher M. McConville Jr., 23, Columbus, was fined $500, credited with a day in jail and required 80 hours community service for reckless operation, prohibited operation, assured clear distance and disorderly conduct amended from menacing for threatening Salem police officers, including making a gun-type gesture with both hands on April 12.

A Feb. 27 pretrial was set for Richard R. Vecchio, 57, state Route 164, Lisbon, charged with menacing and aggravated menacing. Vecchio is accused of threatening police at the Drug Mart on Feb. 13, as well as jail staff after he was taken into custody. The aggravated menacing charge has been reduced from a felony to a first-degree misdemeanor.

David J. Sisco Jr., 29, Pancake-Clarkson Road, Rogers, was fined $250 for driving under suspension.

An April 2 pretrial was set for Mia N. Sheets, 29, Carbon Hill Road, East Palestine, cited with illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia for allegedly having a red and white container for storing crystal meth on Feb. 15.

A March 2 sentencing hearing was set for James Joseph Downie, 57, North Middle Street, Columbiana, who pleaded no contest to failure to stop after an accident.

A March 23 pretrial was set for Kaleb B. Messersmith, 19, Lexington Avenue, Salem, cited with possession of marijuana, assured clear distance and marked lanes.

Austin M. Boerio, 19, Columbia Street, Leetonia, was fined $50 and required 20 hours community service for criminal trespassing for walking on the Norfolk Southern railroad tracks on Feb. 3 in Leetonia.

A March 23 pretrial was set for James Jarrell, 18, Columbia Street, Leetonia, also cited with criminal trespassing for allegedly walking on the railroad tracks on Feb. 3.
