LISBON – In Common Pleas Court, Robert A. Harroff, 31, Lisbon Street, Columbiana, pleaded guilty to two counts of aggravated possession of drugs for having both methamphetamines and oxycodone on May 20, 2018. Sentencing is set for Nov. 19. The charges were in connection with a 14-person indictment involving drug trafficking in the north half of the county.

Christina M. Seeley, 29, Prospect Street, Salem, was placed on four years community control and ordered to pay $23,756 in restitution for illegal use of supplemental nutrition assistance program benefits or WIC program benefits.

Stephen W. Finley, 60, Summit Street, Salem, stipulated to violating the terms of his intervention program, which he was previously placed on for a charge of possession of drugs for having less than five grams of cocaine on July 8, 2018. This is the second time Finley violated his intervention program, which has now been terminated and he was placed on community control.

Shawn P. Warren, 44, Grant Street, East Liverpool, pleaded guilty to possession of drugs and attempted tampering with evidence after throwing cocaine away as he ran from Patrolman Chris Green and having additional cocaine found in his sweatshirt. He was immediately sentenced to 160 days in jail with credit for 101 days served. After serving the remaining 59 days, Warren was placed on three years community control.
