Former Lisbon man faces sex charges
LISBON — Two secret indictments issued the past several years were served on a former Lisbon man who was awaiting other charges in the Mahoning County jail. Charles A. Fuller, 52, formerly of state Route 172, Lisbon, and Uniontown, Pa., has been charged here with sexual imposition and failure to notify the county sheriff of his address change.
