LISBON — In County Municipal Court, Griffin M. Wright, 22, Eighth Street, Wellsville, was bound over to the grand jury on a charged of breaking and entering after allegedly entering the home of Nicole Shreve on Chester Avenue, Wellsville and taking an Xbox One and a welder on Feb. 7. The owner of the welder declined the pursue charges.
A June 22 pretrial was set for Drew A. Turney, 22, Columbia Street, Leetonia, cited with OVI second offense, OVI refusal prior within 20 years, driving while texting, left of center, failure to comply, open container in a motor vehicle and a seat belt violation.
A July 16 pretrial was set for Daniel J. Smith, 41, New Galilee, Pa., cited with OVI first offense, driving under suspension, stop sign violation, seat belt violation and distracted driving.
A July 9 pretrial was set for James L. Walder Jr., 36, Canton, cited with OVI first offense, marked lanes and distracted driving.
A June 29 pretrial was set for Frank A. Carelli, 61, Jimtown Road, East Palestine, charged with theft and cited with failure to stop after an accident, driving under OVI suspension and failure to control. Carelli was cited on March 20 after allegedly taking the car and house keys out of a vehicle owned by a good samaritan, who had stopped after Carelli crashed his 2012 Dodge Ram truck into a garage on Jimtown Road. Carelli then reportedly left the scene.
A June 22 pretrial was set for Jerry D. Burroughs, 24, Canal Fulton, cited with OVI first offense and failure to control.
A June 22 pretrial was set for Jacob I. Long, 33, West Calla Road, Salem, cited with OVI first offense, failure to control and a seat belt violation.
A June 22 pretrial was set for Haley Reese, 24, Sprucevale Road, East Liverpool, charged with cruelty to animals for allegedly depriving a horse of necessary food at a Pancake-Clarkson Road, Rogers, address between Dec. 1, 2019 and Jan. 21.
A May 28 pretrial was set for John M. Plavka, 48, Rochester Road, East Rochester, cited with aggravated menacing for allegedly threatening to shoot Mike Proctor, his neighbor on May 15.
A June 18 pretrial was set for Deidre J. Mitchell, 48, Middletown Road, Salem, cited with criminal damaging for allegedly breaking the window on the front door of a home and two other windows on a truck in the driveway of a Whinnery Road, Salem, home on March 19.
Desiree Ingledue, 25, North Union Avenue, Salem, was fined $150 for left of center and driving under suspension.
Kylee Ann Howell, 19, Opal Drive, Wellsville, was fined $130 for distracted driving and marked lanes.
A June 29 pretrial was set for Jeffrey L. Bricker, 62, South Cross Street, Columbiana, cited with OVI first offense, improper backing and drug paraphernalia for allegedly having a burnt glass pipe with Chore Boy on April 4.
