LISBON — Ronald L. Smalley, 58, Gavers Road, Hanoverton, was bound over on a domestic violence charge. Smalley is accused of hitting his girlfriend, Brenda Moyer, in the face on April 9.

Rusty R. Altman, 47, Cream Ridge Road, Lisbon, was bound over to the grand jury on a charge of violating a temporary protection order. Altman allegedly was in the area of Lisa Clark’s home with a knife on April 4.

An Aug. 27 pretrial was set for Bradley R. Weber, 36, West State Street, Salem, charged with three counts of endangering children for allegedly being hallucinating and acting erratically, possibly due to taking narcotics, some of which were found in his apartment, while he was taking care of his three children ages 4, 10 and 11-days old on April 17.

An Aug. 18 pretrial was set for Rose Marie Maldonado, 33, West 14th Street, Salem, charged with OVI second offense and marked lanes.

A July 16 pretrial was set for Kia Sierra Clemmer, 22, state Route 154, Negley, cited with marked lanes, failure to control and two counts of OVI first offense.

A July 16 pretrial was set for Cassandra Weyant, 33, East Fifth Street, Salem, cited with OVI first offense, driving under suspension and marked lanes.

A July 2 pretrial was set for Michaela Bell Bryan, 24, U.S. Route 30, Minerva, cited with OVI first offense and failure to control.

Jakob D. Bell Sr., Campbell Road, Hanoverton, was fined $500, credited with 24 days served, sentenced to 126 additional days in jail and required 40 hours community service for two counts of aggravated menacing for pulling out a knife and threatening to “shank” and “gut” Michelle Hughes on May 4, as well as threatening to burn down the house of a neighbor, Jamielle Wade, during an argument about his dogs breaking out of their cage and eating her chickens.

A July 16 pretrial was set for Alik Nicholas Bradford, 22, Chester Avenue, Wellsville, charged with assault for allegedly striking Jaymin K. Jackson multiple times while at the Rich Oil gas station on March 28.

A June 4 pretrial was set for Brian S. Gasior, 19, North Lincoln Avenue, Salem, charged with assault and theft for allegedly assaulting Michael Ashbaugh when he was leaving Barnett’s Market on Tuesday, while a child who was with Gasior reportedly stole the beer from his vehicle.

A June 18 pretrial was set for Shawn M. Reynolds, 28, Prospect Street, Salem, charged with domestic violence for allegedly grabbing Cheryl German around the neck and punching her in the eye after she slapped him during an argument on March 28. A June 18 pretrial also was set for German, 32, charged with domestic violence in the incident.

Luke A. Wellman, 32, West Pershing Street, Salem, was credited with a day in jail, sentenced to an additional 19 days in jail, fined $600 for obstructing official business, resisting arrest, possession of marijuana and two counts of possession of marijuana paraphernalia. On May 14, Wellman refused to allow police to serve him with a citation and fled from police including across a roadway.

A July 30 pretrial was set for Jordan Ashleigh Bruce, 29, Main Street, Leetonia, cited with drug offense suspension, left of center and a seat belt violation.

Khrystelle Rae Pavlick, 25, Youngstown, was fined $250 for driving under suspension.

Candice N. Chamberlain, 36, East State Street, Salem, was fined $150, credited with a day served in jail and required 40 hours community service for disorderly conduct amended from domestic violence for pouring beer on Jason Bays before head-butting him in the lip on March 25.

Driving under suspension citations against David Santiago Jr., 39, Main Street, Wellsville, and Bobbie Jean Anchondo, 47, McCalla Road, East Palestine, were both dismissed.

A June 18 pretrial was set for Zackery James Strub, 26, Irish Ridge Road, East Liverpool, cited with driving under suspension and speeding.
