LISBON — A June 4 preliminary hearing and pretrial was set in county Municipal Court for Kevin W. Prus, 36, state Route 164, Lisbon, charged with assault and theft. Prus is accused of choking someone who was driving a vehicle on state Route 45 near Depot Road on Friday. After the driver pulled over, Prus allegedly continued to choke him until he nearly lost consciousness, grabbed his cell phone and drove away in the other person’s vehicle without permission. Prus was later found with the vehicle.
Sara M. Bowser, 37, Mudbridge Road, Enon Valley, Pa., was bound over to the grand jury for theft, violation of an order issued by the director of health and grand theft. She was fined $50 for improper passing and an expired plates citation was dismissed. Bowser was charged on March 28 after she and a man she was with allegedly ordering two 12-inch pizzas, a two liter of Coke and an order of breadsticks totaling $30 to be delivered to a Wood Street, East Palestine, address and providing a fake name and phone number. Then when Michael Rosenbaum got out of his vehicle to deliver the order, Bowser and man allegedly emerged from a hiding place and stole Rosenbaum’s 2010 Nissan Rogue. It was later recovered at a Belmont Avenue, Youngstown, home, where they reportedly were visiting in alleged violation of the stay at home order.
Donald A. Meadows-Graves, 30, Youngstown, was bound over to the grand jury on two counts of violating a temporary protection order for allegedly texting Lori Easley on both Feb. 8 and 13.
Charles A. Fuller, 53, Church Hill Road, Lisbon, was bound over to the grand jury on a charge of failure to file a notice of residence address change.
A June 4 pretrial was set for Steven C. Stokes, 48, Columbia Street, Salem, charged with assault for allegedly beating Gloria Lykens up inside his truck by slapping her in the face and choking her after she attempted to leave by walking from the home on Thursday.
Nicholas C. Paparodis, 56, Westward Way, Lisbon, was fined $725, had his license suspended for a year, required to attend a three-day counseling program and ordered 40 hours community service for OVI first offense and
A June 4 pretrial is set for Peter Darrell Fiest Jr, 47, East Main Street, East Palestine, charged with aggravated menacing, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct. On Wednesday, Fiest reportedly was publicly intoxicated and threatened to kill police officers after they took him into custody.
A June 30 pretrial was set for Jacob Wayne Weber, 25, Marble Road, Kensington, cited with possession of a drug abuse instrument.
A June 30 pretrial was set for Jessica L. Rowe, 38, Greenbower Street N.E., Alliance, cited with driving under FRA suspension.
A July 9 pretrial was set for Kimberly J. Wilson, 49, Walnut Street, East Liverpool, cited with OVI first offense and marked lanes.
A July 27 pretrial was set for Jaime Lynn Dyer, 25, Austintown, cited with driving under FRA suspension.
A July 6 pretrial was set for Scott E. Wagmiller, 28, McCann Road, Salem, cited with OVI first offense and marked lanes.
A July 14 pretrial was set for Ashley Messenger, 30, Cunningham Road, Salem, cited with OVI first offense and marked lanes.
A June 29 pretrial was set for Christy Nicole Rohn, 28, Front Street, Negley, charged with theft for allegedly grabbing clothes off the rack outside of Dollar General in Lisbon, including eight woman’s, two men’s and four children’s clothing items on April 21.
A July 16 pretrial was set for Ryan Joseph Komara, 29, North Market Street, East Palestine, charged with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle after he allegedly using a vehicle owned by Steaven Rohn without his permission between Feb. 26 and 28, leading to when Rohn’s vehicle was found wrecked in Beaver Township.
Stephanie Marie Glavan, 31, Enon Valley, Pa., was fined $50 for littering for leaving Styrofoam and two blue plastic kiddie pools in the recycling bins on April 13.
A June 4 pretrial was set for Joshua A. Kersey, 38, Sixth Street, Wellsville, cited with violating a protection order for allegedly messaging his son while using a social media alias and as himself on May 21.
A June 4 pretrial was set for Jon M. Steed, 27, South Lundy Avenue, Salem, charged with domestic violence for allegedly striking Amanda Taveras in the face, kicking her in the stomach and spitting on her during an argument on Thursday.
A June 29 preliminary hearing and pretrial was set for Jacob Wallace, 27, Nassau Road N.E., Kensington, charged with a felony OVI and cited with driving under suspension.
An Aug. 27 pretrial was set for James Richard Zimmerman, 25, state Route 7, Columbiana, cited with OVI first offense and speeding.
Justin T. Gaither, 38, Grafton Road, Leetonia, was fined $500 and sentenced to three days in jail for driving under OVI suspension and use of an unauthorized plate.
Dustin A. Pearson, 28, West Washington Street, Lisbon, was fined $250 for driving under suspension.
Gordon M. Harrelson Jr., 44, Mechanicstown, was fined $100 for driving under suspension and disorderly conduct for fighting in 2016. A failure to display a valid sticker citation was dismissed.
Tara M. Wells, 35, Alice Street, East Palestine, was fined $150 for no license.
An Aug. 18 pretrial was set for Jerry T. Cartwright, 52, Mercury Drive, Wellsville, cited with kindling a fire during restricted hours. Cartwright was allegedly burning brush on March 13 when the fire escaped into a cornfield and wooded area, damaging about half an acre of Cartwright’s property and two and a half acres of the neighbor’s property.
A June 30 pretrial was set for Gary L. Ridgely Jr., 40, Bell Road, Lisbon, cited with driving under suspension.
Joseph E. Frantz, 38, West Washington Street, Lisbon, was fined $50 for open container in public.
A driving under FRA suspension citation was dismissed against Kellie Barton, 33, Liberty Street, Amsterdam.
