EL man pleads guilty to possession, trespassing

LISBON — Zachary J. Strub, 26, Irish Ridge Road, East Liverpool, pleaded guilty in Common Pleas Court to aggravated possession of drugs and two counts of trespassing in a habitation. On Nov. 9, 2019, Strub trespassed into the Y and O Road, East Liverpool, home of Anna Campbell and the Annesley Road, East Liverpool, home of Roberta Barcus. Additionally, on Aug. 15, he had oxycodone. He faces up to four years in prison, a $12,500 fine and a five-year license suspension. Sentencing is set for Sept. 3.

Dylan M. Conner, 28, Warren, pleaded guilty to OVI and failure to comply with an order or signal of a police officer. He faces up to three and a half years in prison, a $11,075 fine and a lifetime license suspension. Sentencing is set for Sept. 3. On May 4, 2019, Conner led fled from police in a vehicle while intoxicated.

Mitchel O. Lacey, 48, Bethesda Road, Hanoverton, was placed on three years community control for a possession of drugs charge for having alprazolam on July 10, 2019. His community control will begin after he is released from incarceration on another 2019 case.

Megan Clifton, 37, Vienna, pleaded guilty to possession of drugs and was sentenced to three years community control. Clifton had buprenorphine on June 30, 2018.

Chelsea R. Baker, 30, Wilbert Avenue, East Liverpool, pleaded guilty to possession of drugs for having buprenorphine on July 20, 2019. She faces up to a year in prison and a $2,500 fine. Sentencing is set for Aug. 21.

Jeremy W. Jones, 29, Peace Valley Road, Rogers, was found eligible for intervention in lieu of conviction and pleaded guilty to possession of cocaine for having the substance on March 20, 2019. Jones was placed on a three-year intervention treatment program.
