POLICE REPORTS

LISBON

— In a report released today, police reported Harry L. Ehrhart, 48, West Lincoln Way, was arrested twice for public intoxication in downtown Lisbon on June 23 — at 1:49 p.m. and again at 10:12 p.m. The first time was found intoxicated and injured by the gazebo and had trouble standing up. Police finally called for an ambulance to transport him a local hospital. The second time police learned he had fallen on the street in front of the Subway. Police were just going to take him home but noticed he was bleeding from the back of the head, so an ambulance was summoned to transport him back to the hospital.

–Police were called to a domestic dispute at an East Washington Street residence at 5 p.m. Saturday, but the officers determined nothing criminal occurred.

–A caller reported a naked man walking naked on state Route 154 at 6:23 p.m. Friday. Police went to the house and spoke to the man, who said he walked outside to get the mail wearing his boxer underwear. The officer told him that was fine but they were just concerned for his safety.

COLUMBIANA

— Frederick Carter, 30, of Cleveland, was arrested for an active warrant after a traffic stop on state Route 14 at 12:47 a.m. Saturday. Police also arrested Kevin Stewart, 41, of Maple Heights, for obstructing official business. K-9 Csuti was deployed and did indicate to the presence of narcotic odor in the vehicle. A search yielded drug paraphernalia and suspected narcotics.

— David A.M. Talbott, 29, of Wellsville, was cited for driving under suspension following a traffic stop at 7:50 p.m. Saturday.

SALEM

— An officer took a report from a boy in regard to a damaged vehicle at 3:03 p.m. Sunday. The boy said he had no idea where the damage came from, and officers concluded that it was caused unintentionally and not from another vehicle.

— Police responded to East Pershing Street for a report of a domestic in progress at 5:14 p.m. Sunday. The man and woman advised police that the argument was only verbal, and neither party wanted to pursue charges.

— An officer responded to South Lincoln Avenue for a report of fraud at 8:19 p.m. Sunday. An officer was advised that a woman paid for merchandise with fake $20 bills. The matter is under investigation.

— Officers responded to Jennings Avenue in reference to a woman wanting her boyfriend to be removed from her residence at 9:55 p.m. Sunday. The boyfriend agreed to leave for the evening.

— Officers responded to North Ellsworth Avenue for a domestic in progress at 11:05 p.m. Sunday. The two subjects were arguing but said nothing physical took place.
