— Monica L. Beener Simpson, 45, of Leetonia, was cited for making an improper turn onto Beeson Mill Road from state Route 344 in Fairfield Township and striking Zachary D. Yoho, 33, of Columbiana, who was at a stop sign at 4:15 p.m. July 26.
