Highway Patrol
— Larry S. Madison, of East Main Street in Salineville, was cited at 12:20 a.m. Tuesday on state Route 39 in Yellow Creek Township for failure to control and a no seat belt. Madison was westbound on SR 39, when he went off the road, struck a pole, garbage container, two trees and was ejected from the vehicle before it caught fire.
