LISBON — A July 16 preliminary hearing was set in county Municipal Court for Daniel Wilcox, 24, Ambrose, East Liverpool, charged with offenders who have violent offender duties for allegedly failing to register as a violent offender after being released from prison on Sept. 8, 2019.
A Sept. 10 pretrial was set for Charles E. Melott, 44, Bacon Avenue, East Palestine, cited with OVI second offense, driving under OVI suspension and marked lanes.
Bradley A. Long, 44, Saltwell Road, Lisbon, was sentenced to three days in jail, fined $800, had his license suspended for a year and required 40 hours community service for OVI first offense and speeding.
A Sept. 14 pretrial was set for Nicholas J.R. Pondillo, 22, East Third Street, Salem, cited with OVI first offense and speeding.
Kaley Jane Anderson, 20, Heacock Road, Sebring, was fined $230, had her license suspended for 90 days and required 20 hours community service for OVI underage and a taillights violation.
A July 20 pretrial was set for Sara J. Eason, 27, Grant Street, Lisbon, charged with domestic violence for allegedly smacking Rachel Eason in the face on Monday.
An Aug. 27 pretrial was set for Rachel J. Eason, 50, Grant Street, Lisbon, charged with domestic violence and disorderly conduct for allegedly pushing Sara Eason to the ground and holding her there on Monday, as well as screaming and smacking her head off items in the yard when deputies were there.
Damario D. Tubbs-Smith, 31, Ypsilanti, Mich., signed a waiver of extradition so he can be returned to Michigan where he faces a charge of controlled substance-delivery or manufacturing.
Robyn Parrish, 24, Shady Lane, Lisbon, was sentenced to 10 days in jail, fined $250 and required 40 hours community service for misuse of credit cards. Parrish used Austin Butler’s credit card at Rent-2-Own without his permission to charge $209 on Jan. 25.
An Aug. 24 pretrial was set for David M.L. Liptay, 19, state Route 14, Columbiana, cited with operating a motor vehicle without a valid license and failure to stop after an accident.
Steven Nils Baddeley Jr., 35, Spillway Road, Lisbon, was fined $150 and required 30 hours community service for driving under suspension.
Karla A. Calvinoaks, 54, state Route 172, East Rochester, was fined $875, had her license suspended for a year, required to attend a three-day counseling program and ordered 40 hours community service for OVI first offense, failure to control and driving under suspension.
Barbara L. Ferguson, 66, Waterford Road, East Palestine, was fined $150 for aggravated menacing pulling a loaded .38 revolver and pointing it at Tom Paisley, an AT and T repair man who had come to the home on Nov. 7.
Shane J. Linden, 40, Crestview Road, Leetonia, was sentenced to three days in jail and fined $150 for disorderly conduct for refusing to stop talking loudly so deputies could determine what was going on and refused to get into the back of the police cruiser on Tuesday.
Kevin W. Prus, 36, state Route 164, Lisbon, was fined $200 and required 30 hours community service for assault and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle for choking someone and taking their vehicle on May 29.
A Sept. 15 pretrial was set for Sean D. Chappell, 38, West Main Street, Washingtonville, cited with driving under OVI suspension.
An Aug. 6 court trial was set for Larry Allen Hutton, 43, John Street, Salineville, cited with failure to display plates.
Anna M. Greeneisen, 38, Benton Road, Salem, was fined $250, credited with a day in jail and required 40 hours community service for driving under suspension and theft for taking a rolling laundry basket from the Salem Laundry Room and placing it in her car on West State Street, Salem.
Seth D. Guy, 28, East Wisconsin Avenue, Sebring, was fined $100 for driving under suspension.
A driving under suspension citation against Nichole Morgan Shetler, 29, Elliott Road, Beloit, was dismissed.
