2 men picked up on indictments
LISBON — Two people under secret indictment by the Columbiana County grand jury were taken into custody this week.
Thomas M. Lynch, 38, Alpha Street, East Liverpool, charged with being found in possession of cocaine on Dec. 25, 2019.
Tyler J. Buchanan, 37, Wildwood Drive, Beloit, charged with growing marijuana and child endangering for having a child within 100 feet of the marijuana. The alleged crimes occurred on Aug. 17, 2017.
