MUNICIPAL COURT

LISBON — In county Municipal Court, Haylee P. Marinacci, 20, Woodland Road, Mingo Junction, was sentenced to 30 days in jail, fined $150 and ordered 40 hours of community service for disorderly conduct, amended from obstructing official business. Marinacci stood up in the middle of court and began interrupting the judge. She also attempted to hug the prisoner before the hearing, which is not permitted.

John W. Chaffin Jr., 31, state Route 154, Rogers, was sentenced to 183 days in jail, fined $1,175, had his license suspended for three years and ordered 40 hours of community service for OVI second offense, OVI refusal with prior within 20 years, driving under OVI suspension and failure to display a valid sticker.

An Aug. 13 arraignment has been set for Cory M. Haueter, 34, Richey School Road, Hanoverton, charged with disorderly conduct. A Sept. 29 pretrial was also set for Haueter, charged with driving under suspension.

A Sept. 29 pretrial was set for Johnathan A. Post Jr., 32, Taylor Road, Negley, charged with use of unauthorized plates, driving under suspension and driving left of center.

A Sept. 28 pretrial was set for Andrew Wright, 33, Riffle Road, Rogers, charged with driving under suspension, use of unauthorized plates, speeding and a seat belt violation.

An Aug. 20 preliminary hearing was set for Sean S. Crislip, 31, Turkey Run Road, Vienna, charged with tampering with evidence and obstructing official business. Crislip fled from his vehicle following a pursuit and forced officers to chase him into the woods.

Alexander M. Phelps, 19, Woodcrest Avenue, Youngstown, was fined $100 for possession.

An Oct. 1 pretrial was set for Glenda L. Knight, 63, North Market Street, Lisbon, charged with OVI first offense, OVI breath .08 gram first offense and driving left of center.

An Oct. 19 pretrial was set for Ajanel S. Juventino, 40, Cleveland Street, Salem, charged with six counts of activities prohibited without permit and six counts of keeping a place where beer or intoxicating liquors are furnished.

William S. McMillan, 27, Fairfield School Road, Columbiana, was fined $280 for operating a motor vehicle without a valid license, failure to control and a seat belt violation.
