— New Philadelphia police requested deputies go to a state Route 644, Hanover Township, home to make contact with a woman at 8:47 a.m. Tuesday. Deputies found she had moved.
— Deputies picked up Linda M. McKinnon from East Liverpool Municipal Court to transport her to the county jail at 11:04 a.m. Tuesday. Upon arriving at jail, the deputy found a cut plastic straw inside her purse. The straw contained an unknown substance and McKinnon reportedly admitted using the straw for snorting heroin. She was charged with drug paraphernalia.
— Deputies spoke to a Chamberlain Street, Middleton Township, resident about obtaining a civil protection order at 9:36 p.m. Monday.
— A state Route 644, Franklin Township, woman reported at 9:17 a.m. Saturday her attorney asked her to file a police report because she said the father of her children is not following the court order and allowing the children to contact them every day. The father later contacted deputies to say that she has continued to contact him and he has told her he was busy with the children and would have them call when they have time.
