LISBON – In Common Pleas Court, Charlene M. Peace, 32, North Shady Lane, East Liverpool, stipulated to violating the terms of her intervention plan for a possession of drugs charges for possession of heroin and fentanyl in November of 2016. Peace’s intervention plan will now continue until Aug. 30, 2022.

Gregory A. Virden Jr., 29, Wayne Drive, East Liverpool, stipulated to violating the terms of his community control from a grand theft of automobile charge for taking a 2014 white BMW belonging to Michael A. DeRose on Aug. 31, 2018. Virden’s community control will continue until Aug. 29, 2023, which now will include up to six months at the Eastern Ohio Correction Center in Wintersville.
