LISBON — Several people and organizations were cited into county Municipal Court this week for building maintenance violations, mostly filed by the Lisbon zoning department.
A Nov. 19 pretrial was set for Vogue Property LLC, David Halverstadt, state Route 154, Lisbon, cited with two counts of building maintenance violations regarding alleged violations regarding a 121 N. Market St., three-story stone building.
A Nov. 23 pretrial was set for WHF Consolidated Services LLC, Cheryl Mimna, Cream Ridge Road, Lisbon, is cited with seven counts of building maintenance violations regarding alleged offenses at 1 S. Park Ave., a white three-story building; 2 S. Park Ave., a two-story red brick building; and 3 S. Park Ave., a three-story brick building with a painted white storefront facade.
An Oct. 29 pretrial was set for the Anthony Sylvester Family Trust, which has an address for a post office box in Canton, cited with two counts of building maintenance violations. The alleged violations are in regard to a three-story brick building at 130 S. Market St.
Stage Left Players Inc. was fined $50 for a building maintenance violation for a two-story red brick building and yellow stucco building with bell tower that has peeling paint on the west side of the building.
An Oct. 29 pretrial was set for Wendy Groves, 60, East Taggart Street, East Palestine, cited with three counts of building maintenance violations. The citations are for alleged violations to a three-story building with upper red brick and lower white facade material at 126 E. Lincoln Way.
A Nov. 5 pretrial was set for John and Kellie Wolf, East Lincoln Way, cited with six counts of building maintenance violations for alleged violations at 219 E. Lincoln Way and 221 E. Lincoln Way.
Gloria Williams, 70, Cusick Road, Lisbon, and Melissa Moore-Rowe, 48, Cusick Road, Lisbon, were each fined $50 for a building maintenance violation for allowing a two-story brick building at 216 E. Lincoln Way, Lisbon, to fall under disrepair.
A Salem housing violation, Janika M. Gay, 43, pleaded no contest to inadequate sanitation, defective floor supports, defective ceiling and faulty weather protection for her Salem home at 488 Columbia St. She was fined $200.
