LISBON — A Nov. 16 pretrial was set in County Municipal Court for Charles R. MacMillan, 46, Conkle Road, Salem, charged with OVI first offense and speeding.
An Oct. 1 pretrial was set for David C. Cole, 36, South Lincoln Avenue, Salem, charged with criminal trespassing after allegedly returning to the Prospect Street apartment on Breanna Reed and banging on her doors and windows after he had been told on Sept. 16 not to return there.
An Oct. 6 pretrial was set for Gerald Robert Gray, 30, North Ellsworth Avenue, Salem, cited with driving under OVI suspension.
A Nov. 12 pretrial was set for Taylor Cunningham, 18, Market Street, Salineville, cited with underage consumption.
A Nov. 12 pretrial was set for Megan C. Hetrick, 25, Wheeling, W.Va., charged with disorderly conduct for allegedly shoving her mother, Bridget Melvin, while heavily intoxicated and arguing with her, then refusing to calm down even on the way to a hotel that her mother had agreed to pay for so Hetrick and her boyfriend could sleep it off on Friday.
Kenneth R. Jordan, 47, West Pidgeon Road, Salem, was sentenced to 10 days in jail for driving under suspension.
An Oct. 8 pretrial was set for Ashley D. House, 32, Hilltop Drive, Lisbon, cited with drug paraphernalia for allegedly having a crackpipe fall out of her shirt onto the floor while she was being fingerprinted at the county jail.
