— A 911 hangup was reported at 4:02 a.m. Sunday in the 900 bolock of Franklin Avenue from a man in midst of a panic attack. He was transmitted to Salem Regional Medical Center.

— A suspicious person was reported at 3:47 p.m. Friday in the 500 block of East State Street, trying to sell an item. After getting nervous, he left.
— A suspicious person was reported at 10:40 p.m. Friday in the 400 block of Madison Avenue, possibly entering vehicles.
— An individual was soliciting without the proper paperwork at 3:47 p.m. Friday in the 800 block of East 4th Street.
