LISBON — Dana L. McGilvary, 37, East Fifth Street, Salem, pleaded guilty in Common Pleas Court to receiving stolen property. McGilvary faces up to a year in prison and a $2,500 fine. On May 18, 2019, McGilvary allegedly had a wide-screen TV, women’s makeup, CDs and an Xbox game player hand controller belonging to Shania Voigt. Sentencing is set for Jan. 11.

Eric J. Ream, 43, Lincoln Avenue, East Liverpool, pleaded guilty to obstructing justice and aggravated possession of drugs, with the obstructing charge a lesser included offenses of tampering with evidence. On March 22, 2019, Ream impaired the ability of investigators to look at a Coolpad mobile phone by resetting it to factory settings and erasing all the data. On the same day he had methamphetamines with him. Sentencing is set for Jan. 11, when he faces up to two years in prison, a $5,000 fine and up to a five year license suspension.
