HIGHWAY PATROL
— James M. Phipps, 45, Irondale, was cited for failure to control, a seatbelt violation and driving under OVI suspension when he drove off the side of state Route 39 in Yellow Creek Township at 10:19 p.m. Tuesday.
— Mark E. Harding, 53, of Fairfield, was cited for a right of way violation while making a left turn into a private drive when he was struck by Samantha A. Woods, 19, of East Palestine, who was traveling on Middleton Road in Fairfield Township at 5:24 p.m. Oct. 16.
— James D. Grossman, 32, of Minerva, was cited for failure to yield at a stop sign when he struck Albert Grundy, 51, of Canton, at the intersection of Homeworth Road and Buck Road in Knox Township at 3:35 p.m. Monday.
— Richard B. Crawford, 63, of Irondale, was cited for failure to control when he drove off the side of Steubenville Pike Road in Yellow Creek Township at 6:45 p.m. Oct. 16.
— Kaden J. Dellapenna, 18, of East Liverpool, was cited for failure to stop at a stop sign when he collided with Diana Foresha, 43, of West Virginia, at the intersection of state Route 7 and the exit and entrance ramps of U.S. 30 in Madison Township at 6:01 p.m. Sunday.
— Kimberly S. Boston, 56, of Salineville, was cited for failure to control when she lost control of a Southern Local Schools bus and struck a bridge rail on Bolivar Road in Yellow Creek Township at 2:45 p.m. Oct. 14. Southern Superintendent Tom Cunningham said that no students were injured, and all of the parents were notified.
