LISBON — Nicole Michelle Hilton, 50, East Lincoln Way, Lisbon, was bound over to the grand jury on a charge of assault on a police officer for allegedly kicking Lt. Shar Daub in the back of the head multiple times while the Lisbon officer was trying to get Hilton into an ambulance.

An Oct. 13 preliminary hearing was set for David L. Coulter, 39, Broadway, Wellsville, charged with failure to register for allegedly getting out of Lake Erie Correction on May 4, 2019 and failing to register by May 7, 2019. Coulter was required to do so following his 2001 conviction for gross sexual imposition.

A Nov. 23 pretrial was set for Francis J. Lewis, 39, Independence Square, Wellsville, cited with driving under FRA suspension and use of an unauthorized plate. Lewis was bound over to the grand jury for a theft charge for allegedly being a passenger in a vehicle stolen from Brian Mills, when it was left on North Walnut Street, East Palestine, on Sept. 17.

An Oct. 15 pretrial was set for Richard R. Vecchio, 58, Girard, charged with menacing and disorderly conduct for allegedly frightened people at Circle K in Lisbon due to his level of intoxication on Sunday and threatened to assault police by slapping him in the face.

A Nov. 23 pretrial was set for Brady Paul Leyman, 20, McCracken Road, Salem, cited with OVI first offense and left of center.

An Oct. 13 pretrial was set for Wesley D. Clark, 30, last known address Benton Road, Salem, charged with domestic violence for allegedly punching Marie Whitman in the face and pushing her to the ground on Sunday.

A Dec. 1 pretrial was set for Zachary W. Wright, 31, North Ellsworth Avenue, Salem, charged with failure to control and leaving the scene of an accident.

An Oct. 13 pretrial was set for Jamie L. Allen, 28, Rose Drive, Lisbon, cited with possession of drug paraphernalia and three counts of possessing drug abuse instruments.

A Nov. 10 pretrial was set for Phillip R. Cline, 47, West Wilson Street, Salem, charged with theft for allegedly failing to scan $193 in merchandise at Walmart on Friday.

Steven Russell Boso, 29, Stookesberry Road, Lisbon, was fined $330 for driving under FRA suspension, speeding and a seat belt violation.

Justin A. Davis, 33, Irondale, was fined $250, credited with a day in jail and sentenced to an additional four days in jail for theft for taking three cartons of cigarettes valued at $191 and running out of the BFS Foods, Marathon Gas Station, in Wellsville on Sept. 13. A restitution hearing was set for Nov. 12.

A Nov. 17 pretrial was set for Andrew S. Bolyard, 31, Beaver-Springfield Road, New Springfield, cited with disorderly conduct for allegedly calling 911 multiple times to erroneously report numerous wanted people were at the home where his wife was staying while intoxication.

Kyle James Jennings, 24, Cave Canyon Highway, Leetonia, was fined $200 for driving under suspension and speeding.

Nicholas Hays, 18, Maple Street, Rogers, was fined $175 for no license and failure to yield.

Daren V. Holshu, 23, East Third Street, Salem, was fined $150 for driving under suspension.

A Nov. 16 pretrial was set for Robert W. Metzgar, 55, state Route 45, Salem, cited with driving under FRA suspension.

A Dec. 3 pretrial was set for Cajuan J. Turner, 27, Riley Avenue, East Liverpool, cited with driving under suspension.

Juan Jose Shearer, 26, Columbus, Ga., was fined $150 for speeding.
