LISBON — In county Municipal Court, Thomas D. Damelio, 55, Sharon Lynn Drive, Salem, was sentenced to 180 days in jail, fined $2,500, had his license suspended for five years and ordered 60 hours of community service for OVI third offense, OVI refusal with prior within 20 years and a stop sign violation.

Daniel T. Ingram, 24, Wilson Street, Leetonia, was sentenced to 90 days in jail, fined $980, had his license suspended for one year and ordered 40 hours of community service for OVI first offense, failure to control and a seat belt violation.

A Nov. 12 pretrial was set for Shauna L. Uptegraph, 27, East Fifth Street, Salem, charged with theft. Uptegraph allegedly failed to scan $160 worth of merchandise at the Walmart self-checkout.

A Nov. 23 pretrial was set for Nancy A. McDermott, 61, Bedell Road, Berlin Center, charged with theft. McDermott allegedly failed to scan about $90 worth of merchandise at the Walmart self-checkout.

Delores C. Lilly, 55, state Route 45, Lisbon, was sentenced to 90 days in jail, fined $905, had her license suspended for two years and ordered 40 hours of community service for OVI first offense, driving under suspension, use of unauthorized plates, driving left of center and a seat belt violation.

A Nov. 30 pretrial was set for Roy M. Johnson, 25, East Lucius Avenue, Youngstown, charged with possession of marijuana and possession of marijuana drug paraphernalia.

Lori D. Arnold, 41, Country Club Lane, Salem, was sentenced to 30 days in jail, fined $150 and ordered 30 hours of community service for theft. Arnold allegedly failed to scan about $100 worth of merchandise at the Walmart self-checkout.

A Nov. 24 pretrial was set for Kerianne Little, 44, Jones Drive, Salem, charged with theft. Little allegedly failed to scan about $120 worth of merchandise at the Walmart self-checkout.

A Nov. 19 pretrial was set for Diane L. Andre, 40, New Garden, Salem, charged with theft. Andre allegedly left Kids Zone Store with a sweatshirt and a pair of shoes without rendering payment.

A Nov. 30 pretrial was set for Joshua N. Seese, 44, East Wood Street, Lowellville, charged with OVI first offense, OVI breath .17+ first offense and failure to control.

A Dec. 1 restitution hearing was set for Jessica L. Fritz, 35, Jackson Street, East Liverpool, charged with theft. Fritz allegedly failed to scan about $135 worth of merchandise at the Walmart self-checkout.

A Dec. 1 pretrial was set for Daniel A. Kaiser, 24, East Sixth Street, Salem, charged with OVI first offense, OVI breath .17+ first offense and unsafe vehicle.

A Nov. 24 pretrial was set for Danielle J. Bowers, 29, Walnut Street, Rogers, charged with complicity. Bowers was allegedly with Trevor Heiney when he stole a catalytic converter from a 2004 GMC Box Truck.

Brian K. Custer Jr., 19, Francis Drive, Wellsville, was sentenced to 90 days in jail, fined $250 and ordered 40 hours of community service for aggravated menacing. Custer Jr. threatened to assault Taira Higgins with a knife.

Hunter D. Rayle, 26, Woodland Avenue, Salem, was sentenced to 180 days in jail, fined $1,525, had his license suspended for one year and ordered 40 hours of community service for OVI first offense, OVI breath .17+ first offense, hit-skip and failure to control.

An Oct. 29 preliminary hearing was set for Paul R. McCown, 67, Pancake-Clarkson Road, Rogers, charged with obstructing justice.

A Nov. 30 pretrial was set for Myah Turner, 24, Oklahoma, charged with theft. Turner allegedly failed to scan about $70 worth of merchandise at the Walmart self-checkout.
